Affordable Restoration Specialist recently pressure washed our old farm house. It had been 15 years since we had the vinyl siding installed, and the mold that had accumulated on it was embarassing, not to mention a hazard to our health. Jim and his helper, Kim, did an amazing, efficient job of ridding the house of mold without damaging any surrounding plants or shrubs. They were extremely pleasant, and their work was professional yet affordable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone whose house needs to be pressure washed.

I was recommended to Jim Perry by a carpet store to clean my wall to wall carpet. When he came to take a look at it, I found out all that he could do. So I ended up hiring him to clean my entire house, which included getting all the dust off high beams, ceiling fans, etc. etc. etc. I came into my house and it was sparkling. He did the work even earlier than he said he would and it was perfect. I highly recommend his company!
